The World in Balkan
[preview selection]

[page needs corrections and additions]

The World in Balkan is a program with different levels. Started with many artists from former Yugoslavia living in republics of former Yugoslavia and the diaspora, boosted by a selection of Slovene artists and to be finished with artists from all countries of former Yugoslavia.
The selection you see over here is half way, so to say.
The Slovene selection is supported by the Royal Dutch Embassy and created in strong cooperation with Stripcore/Forum from Ljubljana.

The Grand Preview Opening in Slovenia took place in August 2011. It is our aim to present the complete selection at the Maribor Cultural Capitol program in 2012 in cooperation with the Union of Fine arts in Slovenia, before we will have a journey 'od Jesenice do Gevgelija' . Or ... from the very north to the very south of the country that used to be called Yugoslavia. Do expect some unexpected situations here, but also do expect quite straightforward stories.
